• 10+ years of engineering work experience, including 5+ years as a direct people manager.
• Proven track record of developing scalable manufacturing processes for plastics and metals in the consumer electronics industry or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to design structured DOEs and use statistical/data analysis tools to make data driven decisions.
• Fluent in English, with Mandarin skills as a bonus.
• Experience in tool/fixture design, with automation experience being a plus.
