• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience driving regulatory compliance projects and validation efforts
• Project management experience with complex projects and tight timelines
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of consumer electronic product-related environmental regulations and standards
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
• Self-starter with high integrity and a passion for environmental compliance

• Drive product-level compliance for hardware products during their development
