• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python and Bash.
• Production experience with cloud ML platforms such as GCP TPU or AWS GPU clusters.
• Familiarity with the ML training lifecycle including data preprocessing and distributed training.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.

• Turn the operational substrate underneath foundation model training into a reliable and self-serve system.
• Collaborate with researchers, product, and infrastructure teams to enable effective model training.
• Design and implement internal CLI tools and cloud platform integrations.
• Ensure observability and reliability in the production automation processes.
• Simplify onboarding and access provisioning for team members.
