The position is part of the Tax Technology and Transformation Team, which develops innovative solutions for client-serving Tax professionals. The team aims to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights using modern data and analytics platforms. Candidates will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making in the financial services sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in data science and analytics.
• Strong experience with data science tools such as Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with Azure-based data platforms and strong SQL skills.
• One of the following certifications: CPA, EA, JD, or a relevant master's degree.

• Translate business requirements in the Tax domain into analytical problem statements.
• Design end-to-end data science and analytics solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analyze and prepare structured and semi-structured data for advanced analytics.
• Develop data features and transformations in partnership with data engineering teams.
• Expose analytical insights through Power BI dashboards or other visualization platforms.
