The Senior Associate role in EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution - Deal Management - Financial Services practice focuses on supporting and executing operational projects related to complex global transactions in the financial services sector. • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Experience in a consulting environment working with financial services clients, including banking, capital markets, asset management, and/or insurance.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.

• Assist with the execution of operational focused projects supporting the client service team.
• Develop strategies for transactions during pre and post deal phases.
• Be part of project teams comprising colleagues from across the Strategy and Transactions sub-service lines.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal development.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and support key decision makers.
