Job description

The ECO Analyst role at KLA focuses on driving effective Engineering Change Order (ECO) execution across the organization. This position is essential for ensuring data integrity, procedural compliance, and efficient system integration throughout the product lifecycle. The ECO Analyst will work closely with various teams to support accurate documentation and continuous improvement efforts. The role requires a strong understanding of change management practices and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure ECOs are audited for conformity to standard operation procedures and system rules.
  • Advise on best practices for documenting changes on new and existing products.
  • Ensure data integrity between systems throughout the change cycle.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts of ECO and related practices.
  • Analyze and track ECO submissions to minimize processing time.
  • Analyze ECOs for system/business impacts and optimal execution strategy.
  • Help train ECO writers and approvers on Corporate ECO standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for ECO and PLM applications and processes.
