The ECO Analyst role at KLA focuses on driving effective Engineering Change Order (ECO) execution across the organization. • Advise on best practices for documenting changes on new and existing products.
• Ensure data integrity between systems throughout the change cycle.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts of ECO and related practices.
• Analyze and track ECO submissions to minimize processing time.
• Analyze ECOs for system/business impacts and optimal execution strategy.
• Help train ECO writers and approvers on Corporate ECO standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ECO and PLM applications and processes.
