Job description

The role involves providing customer support and product demonstrations for KLA's semiconductor manufacturing technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to address yield issues and deliver inspection solutions. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to conduct technical training for both customers and internal teams. The team focuses on innovation and collaboration to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must be a strong team player.
  • >70% travel will be required.
  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product value demonstrations during beta testing and tools in the ramp phase.
  • Investigate semiconductor manufacturing yield issues and provide inspection solutions.
  • Conduct customer product demonstrations and technical training, including on-site training.
  • Document all test results and lessons learned in various reports.
  • Interact with customers to educate and coordinate activities, improving customer relations.
