• 5 plus years experience in an Application Support role.

• Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.

• Perform Incident/Outage Management and collaborate with Development and Infrastructure partners.
• Investigate incidents reported across a range of applications.
• Engage with ITIL processes including Major Incident management and problem management.
• Identify process bottlenecks and proactively drive improvements.
• Coordinate disaster recovery activities from Production to Contingency site.
• Handle outage communication with stakeholders in Business and Operations.
• Define and implement application onboarding guidelines and standards.
• Provide direct technical guidance to development teams on stability and supportability improvements.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made and drive compliance with applicable laws.
