The Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst at Citibank will focus on advanced data visualization and analytical reporting using Tableau and Python. This role involves creating and automating reports for business needs, ensuring integration across management teams. The analyst will also resolve complex business and system process issues while developing standards for software applications. A hybrid work schedule may be available for this position based in Tampa, Florida.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Senior Specialist Data Engineering, Tableau Developer, Technical Support, IT Analyst or related position.
• 6 years of experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, Oracle, DB2, Informatica, Autosys, and UNIX Scripting.
• 5 years of experience with SQL and Database Management Systems, Python, and ETL.
• Experience in creating and documenting standard operating procedures for enterprise monitoring.

• Responsible for advanced data visualization, dashboard development, and analytical reporting utilizing Tableau Desktop and Server.
• Create reports using BI Tools and Python for automating data ingestion and processing into PostgreSQL databases.
• Partner with management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions by creating reports and transforming data using SQL Server and Python.
• Identify and define necessary systems for report automation and tracking changes.
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation for software applications.
• Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status.
• Confer with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and obtain project information.
