NVIDIA is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of an enterprise governance layer for agentic AI. This role involves building and managing a senior engineering team focused on security, policy, and integration. The manager will oversee project execution from architecture to deployment while fostering cross-company partnerships. A strong emphasis will be placed on maintaining high engineering standards and a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in software engineering.
- 3+ years of experience leading and growing engineering teams, including senior engineers.
- A proven track record of building and leading teams that delivered security, infrastructure, or distributed-systems software.
- Strong technical judgment in security engineering, authorization systems, identity, or agent/runtime security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executives and partners.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a senior engineering team focused on policy and authorization platforms.
- Own the delivery and execution of the reference architecture and roadmap.
- Drive cross-organization execution by partnering with various teams across the company.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to ensure architecture decisions are executable.
- Operate with security rigor by managing the team's review and assurance processes.
