The Market Data Exchange Services Consultant will support the Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations team by managing relationships with exchanges and providing insights on pricing and policy changes. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business partners. The consultant will also coordinate contract workflows and assist with monthly reporting. The position is part of a hybrid working model that values both onsite and offsite work experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of market data experience and/or financial services industry exposure
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record in financial and data analysis
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Power BI is highly desirable
• Python coding experience is a plus

• Identify exchange pricing and policy changes and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making
• Manage relationships with exchanges and develop strong partnerships
• Assist with monthly exchange reporting and usage monitoring to ensure transparency and accuracy
• Coordinate contract administration workflows in collaboration with partner teams
• Consult with business partners on new and changing use cases to ensure alignment with exchange policies
• Manage projects and drive initiatives that improve processes and outcomes
