Job description
The Design Verification Engineer for TPU Cloud Compute at Google will work on shaping the future of AI/ML hardware acceleration. This role involves driving the development of cutting-edge TPU technology that powers Google's AI/ML applications. The engineer will be part of a team focused on developing custom silicon solutions and verifying complex digital designs, particularly in TPU architecture. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in design verification.
- Experience with SystemVerilog/Verilog.
Responsibilities
- Plan the verification of complex digital design blocks by understanding the design specification and collaborating with design engineers.
- Create and enhance constrained-random verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Identify and write coverage measures for stimulus and corner-cases.
- Debug tests with design engineers to ensure correct design blocks.
- Close coverage measures to identify verification gaps and demonstrate progress towards tape-out.
