Job description

The Apple Foundation Models team is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to enhance machine learning model development and evaluation. This role involves driving cross-functional programs and collaborating with engineering management throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in system software and project management, along with strong communication and leadership skills. Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project or program management
  • Solid understanding of system architecture and design trade-offs
  • Proven ability to lead and resolve conflicts within large teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in hands-on software development
