You will work closely with Field Technicians and Test Support Engineers, transforming feedback into robust automated test suites. Our team is dedicated to pioneering Physical AI for last-mile delivery, focusing on safety and reliability in complex environments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
  • Experience in automation testing
  • Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
  • Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • 4+ years of experience in QA Engineering within robotics or autonomous systems
  • Demonstrated ability to write and maintain automated test scripts, preferably in Python
  • Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles as they apply to physical robotic hardware
  • Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
  • Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans
  • Expertise across the full robotics stack including sensors and navigation
  • Experience with automation tools specifically designed for robotics
  • Background in last-mile delivery or autonomous vehicle regulatory compliance
  • Reinforcement learning experience

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect comprehensive full-system test cases encompassing hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop testing.
  • Automate test plans to drive efficiency and scalability across global testing sites.
  • Oversee the execution of test plans by Field Technicians and Test Support Engineers.
  • Synthesize technical input from Field Engineers and Product teams to align testing strategies.
  • Reproduce complex bugs discovered in the field in a controlled testing setup.
  • Document hardware and software test results and provide actionable reports to the engineering team.
  • Continuously improve internal testing standards and elevate team technical knowledge.

Benefits

  • Employees at Amazon are often offered comprehensive health benefits—including multiple medical plan options (no pre-existing condition exclusions, 100% covered in-network preventive care), dental and vision plans, a 24/7 medical advice line from day one, expert second-opinion services, and broad mental-health support with several free counseling sessions (including pediatric). Financial wellness typically includes a 401(k) with company match (up to 2%), Restricted Stock Units (equity), FSAs, an emergency savings program, product and partner discounts, and even college-savings and home-purchase programs. Overall, the package is designed to support employees and their families’ health, finances, and day-to-day life.
