The SensArray division focuses on in situ processing measurement and control solutions, ensuring high yields and cost-effective manufacturing. The position requires collaboration across various engineering domains and leading product transitions from development to manufacturing. The candidate will also provide technical leadership for next-generation technologies and ensure documentation readiness.

• Doctorate degree and 0 years related work experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Physics, or Systems Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical hardware development and productization.
• Proven experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), pilot builds, and manufacturing ramp-up.
• Strong hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.

• Define and own system architecture, requirements, and interface definitions across subsystems.
• Lead product transition from development to manufacturing, ensuring build readiness.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability, Assembly, Test, and Cost.
• Establish and maintain system-level specifications and performance trade-offs.
• Collaborate with product marketing and engineering leadership to align system requirements with customer needs.
