  • Solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and documentation standards.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC programming (G-code) and machining processes.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing environments and cleanroom practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and subsystem architectures using Creo and/or SolidWorks.
  • Own the complete mechanical design lifecycle, including requirements definition and feasibility studies.
  • Create, maintain, and release engineering documentation such as drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
  • Manage product data, configurations, and revision control using PLM systems.
  • Perform tolerance analysis, GD&T, and error budgeting to ensure robust designs.
  • Conduct engineering analyses including thermal, structural, vibration, and basic FEA.

Benefits

  • Employees at KLA are often offered competitive pay with bonuses, a 401(k) match, an employee stock purchase program, and financial perks like student-debt assistance, planning support, and group insurance discounts. Health and lifestyle benefits typically include medical/dental/vision, life and other voluntary coverages, paid time off and holidays, family leave, backup care, wellness rewards, gym discounts, and community-volunteering opportunities.
