Job description

The Senior Manager role in EY's Technology Operations Managed Services team focuses on delivering client outcomes and ensuring the smooth operation of technology solutions. This position is pivotal in managing SAP delivery teams and building trusted relationships with clients. The team emphasizes continuous improvement and innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Typically, no less than 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or running SAP projects is necessary.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems, including S/4Hana, is essential.
  • Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support operations are required.
  • Proficiency in application management ITIL processes and technology service management is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership regarding managed services and build trusted advisor relationships with client leaders.
  • Develop business and nurture existing relationships to increase the pipeline for the growing Managed Services capability.
  • Serve as Delivery Lead for Applications Management Clients and run global teams.
  • Coordinate team activities, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements and operational level agreements established by service delivery.
