- Independently drive cross-functional learning across multiple groups.
- Define metrics for Josephson junction tunability in the context of quantum gates.
- Coordinate experiments at both elevated and cryogenic temperatures.
- Disseminate results through impactful patents and represent IBM in professional meetings and societies.
