• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or a Master's degree in the same fields with relevant experience.
• Six years of experience as a Director in IT Project Management or a closely related occupation, or four years with a Master's degree.
• Experience in designing and implementing healthcare applications in a healthcare technology environment using Java/J2EE or Angular.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile coaching, training, and mentoring in a healthcare technology environment.

• Plan, execute, and manage information technology projects.
• Act as a technical delivery lead and liaise between various stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Manage complex systems and applications while adhering to strict security and compliance standards.
• Oversee the design and implementation of healthcare enrollment workflows and life event experience features.
• Ensure successful deployments, manage risks, and track project progress using various tools.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on project priorities and build strong relationships with partners.
• Mentor and guide production support teams and define technical requirements with architects.
• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
