Job description
This position involves managing Health and Insurance summary pages while integrating Single Sign-On applications to enhance customer experience. The role requires leading agile methodologies and ensuring alignment with strategic goals through effective planning and execution of IT projects. The candidate will mentor teams, manage dependencies, and oversee incident management while collaborating with various stakeholders. The focus is on delivering healthcare applications and ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or a Master's degree in the same fields with relevant experience.
- Six years of experience as a Director in IT Project Management or a closely related occupation, or four years with a Master's degree.
- Experience in designing and implementing healthcare applications in a healthcare technology environment using Java/J2EE or Angular.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile coaching, training, and mentoring in a healthcare technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage information technology projects.
- Act as a technical delivery lead and liaise between various stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Manage complex systems and applications while adhering to strict security and compliance standards.
- Oversee the design and implementation of healthcare enrollment workflows and life event experience features.
- Ensure successful deployments, manage risks, and track project progress using various tools.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on project priorities and build strong relationships with partners.
- Mentor and guide production support teams and define technical requirements with architects.
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
