Job description
This position involves building and enhancing web user experiences and the underlying platforms to support digital presence. The role focuses on developing and deploying web features while leveraging DevOps practices for rapid deployment. The candidate will work with various technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js to create intuitive user interfaces and maintain APIs. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment with business goals and to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field and three years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer, or a Master’s degree and one year of experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing scalable, responsive web interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience in integrating front-end applications with back-end systems using Node.js and Express.js.
- Proficiency in producing wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using tools like Figma.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end development, maintenance, and deployment of web applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Analyze information to recommend and plan software specifications and propose modifications based on user needs.
- Design and implement front-end user interfaces and translate UX/UI designs into high-quality, interactive features.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards while troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
