• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, materials engineering, electrical engineering, or physics with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to create clear and concise presentations using tools like Keynote and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how technologies work.
• Ability to use basic productivity applications such as email, web browsers, and spreadsheets.
• M.S. or PhD in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Statistical experience with tools such as Weibull or JMP.
• Familiarity with failure analysis techniques and methodologies.
