The Security Technology Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for enhancing security systems and processes within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of security technologies, including access control, alarm systems, and video surveillance. The analyst will also play a key role in coaching new employees and influencing decisions that impact project outcomes. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for evaluating complex issues and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• 5-8 years of experience in a technology planning role
• Leadership and developmental skills
• Prior knowledge of Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Alarm systems
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

• Configure Access Control, Alarm panels, and Video Monitoring (CCTV) equipment.
• Track business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements.
• Work on mergers & acquisitions and outsourcing activities.
• Contribute to and create internal communications, reports, metrics, and presentations.
• Act as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level employees.
• Assess risk when making business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation.
