The role involves working with the KLA Services team to install new tools at customer sites and troubleshoot technical equipment problems. The team is focused on maintaining high performance and productivity of KLA products through a flexible portfolio of services. Candidates will be expected to manage personal finances and travel internationally for extended periods. This position requires collaboration with senior engineers and management to formulate plans of action.

• ASET minimum degree or equivalent work experience in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry is required.
• Ability to work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day.

• Install new tools at customer sites while following all procedures.
• Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical equipment problems related to installation.
• Prepare field service reports and daily passdowns on installation progress and non-conformances.
• Obtain all necessary international travel documents and manage personal life for extended travel.
• Travel domestically and internationally by commercial transportation to customer sites.
