Job description
The role is part of the KLA Services team, which focuses on maintaining the high performance and productivity of KLA products through a flexible portfolio of services. The team collaborates with field teams and customers across various business sectors. The position requires a strong technical background and the ability to work in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will contribute to the proactive management of tools and provide technical support.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technical field or equivalent military/industry experience.
- Experience in Archer based systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours and on-call rotations.
- Ability to lift per safety requirements and work in fab environments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the high performance and productivity of KLA products.
- Provide technical support and expertise in optics, image processing, and motion control.
- Collaborate with field teams to identify and improve tool performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 technical support.
