The A/B experimentation engineering leader will design and build the next generation of online evaluation platforms at Apple. This role involves working closely with technical leaders and teams to drive a culture of experimentation across the company. The leader will set the technical strategy for the platform and ensure the development of scalable systems that enhance customer experiences. This position requires collaboration with various partners to define the technical vision and deliver infrastructure for rigorous experiments at scale.

• 12+ years of experience as a technical engineering leader.
• Proven experience leading teams that have built and scaled experimentation or A/B testing platforms in a service-oriented architecture.
• Deep understanding of the statistical foundations of experimentation, including the trade-offs of experiment design.
• Strong track record of translating ambiguous, long-horizon problems into concrete engineering plans.
• Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to align diverse stakeholders on shared infrastructure.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.
