Job description

This role focuses on creating and implementing best practices for DevOps, SecOps, and CI/CD across the organization. The position involves setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications and managing infrastructure automation using AWS and Kubernetes. The candidate will work closely with architecture design teams and provide technology solutions to various project challenges. Additionally, mentoring junior team members and advising senior management on technical strategies are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or a Master's degree in the same fields with relevant experience.
  • Five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer or three years with a Master's degree in a related occupation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and automating CI/CD pipelines and building infrastructure using Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub.
  • Experience in designing and writing IAM templates, Jenkins pipelines, and Terraform scripts for infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in architecture design teams and define application-level architecture.
  • Develop applications on complex projects and ensure QA readiness of software deliverables.
  • Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple platforms.
  • Advise on risk assessment and management strategies for projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and perform independent technical analysis for multiple projects.
