Job description

The Principal Full Stack Engineer will develop web applications using TypeScript, Java, and Angular while supporting Java JEE development with Spring Boot. This role involves building and deploying applications in a DevOps environment, utilizing CI/CD tools and containerization technologies. The engineer will also be responsible for database design and API development, ensuring robust and reliable business applications. The position requires collaboration with architecture design teams and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Principal Full Stack Engineer.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing end-to-end flows of client data using Java and AWS services.
  • Experience with integration between multiple systems using Apache Camel, MuleSoft, or Spring REST API.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in architecture design teams.
  • Define and implement application level architecture.
  • Develop applications on complex projects, components, and subsystems.
  • Recommend development testing tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure QA readiness of software deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for applications or subsystems.
  • Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects.
  • Meet project goals on-time and on-budget.
  • Advise on risk assessment and management strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate project schedules and assignments.
  • Act as a primary liaison for business units to resolve project issues.
  • Provide technology solutions to daily issues and technical evaluations.
  • Advise senior management on technical strategy.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Perform independent and complex technical and functional analysis.
