• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and six years of experience in data analytics and insights, or a Master’s degree and four years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing ETL processes using Informatica and Oracle PL/SQL or Alteryx.
• Experience in designing and developing data warehouses and data modeling in a financial services environment.

• Identify, develop, and capture new metrics to gain insights into customer and operational experiences.
• Manage data migration efforts to optimize data and expand client reach.
• Support ad-hoc systems analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain data architecture while promoting best practices.
• Translate complex data analysis into clear explanations and present findings to stakeholders.
