Job description

As a Product Launch Analyst in Worldwide Readiness at Apple, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that new products are ready for launch and that existing products continue to thrive. You will collaborate with various teams, including Operations, Sales, and Product Marketing, to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies. Your focus will be on managing relationships with stakeholders and analyzing supply chain data to mitigate risks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can drive process improvements and influence launch strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in Operations, NPI, Project/Program Management, or equivalent background.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams domestically and globally.
  • Highly effective communication skills to present to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence in a matrix organization.
  • In-depth experience in program and/or project management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to structure work from ambiguous challenges.
  • Proven track record of success in leading complex global projects.
  • Ability to synthesize varying inputs into a cohesive strategy.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive management.
  • MBA, Masters Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience is desired.
  • Prior experience in product planning, production control, inventory management, or production/manufacturing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional organizations to craft and execute the NPI strategy for all routes to market.
  • Analyze supply chain data to understand dependencies, gates, and milestones, and evaluate risks.
  • Prepare operational teams for new product launches and provide timely updates on critical risks.
  • Assess regulatory impacts on existing products and define strategies to ensure compliance.
  • Influence launch strategy decisions through data analysis and a customer-focused approach.
  • Drive post-mortem analysis for each launch to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Document and implement new processes effectively.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
