The Senior Customer Program Manager will support the planning and execution of technical and operational programs for key partners while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is part of the Customer Program Management Team and focuses on driving collaboration with major enterprise customers and partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical program management expertise and thrive in fast-paced environments. Successful outcomes for both internal teams and external collaborators are a primary goal.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of program/project management experience in IT, software, or embedded systems industries.
- Strong technical background in hardware and/or software product development.
- Consistent track record of leading complex, global programs through full development lifecycles into deployment and production.
- Excellent program management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with global teams and navigate multi-cultural, multinational business environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 10%).
Responsibilities
- Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and turning points aligned with customer and partner roadmaps.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for all functional teams.
- Provide horizontal leadership to drive cross-functional program execution.
- Act as the primary customer interface for program kick-offs and technical discussions.
- Drive program execution from design through production deployment.
- Provide ongoing post-deployment sustaining support for high priority concerns.
- Proactively communicate program health, risks, and key issues to customers and internal partners.
