Job description

Join NVIDIA's GeForce NOW cloud team, where you will lead the development of AI-augmented analytics solutions that enhance user experience in gaming. The team focuses on real-time diagnostics, predictive modeling, and customer analytics to optimize cloud gaming performance. You will leverage advanced data science techniques to drive actionable insights and improve server efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical leadership and domain expertise in AI and machine learning.

Requirements

  • Master’s/PhD or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research or related quantitative field.
  • 15+ years of software experience for large-scale and reliable production deployments.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in Statistics/AI/ML.
  • Hands-on expertise in programming languages like Python, SQL, Java and modeling frameworks like Scikit-learn, Pytorch, TensorFlow.
  • Experience with common tools for data storage and processing such as Spark, Pandas, Delta Lake.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey rich data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • An outstanding track record of successful past projects related to the research and application of data science at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to a team of Data Scientists and Engineers for global deployment of GPU Compute services.
  • Work with leadership and stakeholders to understand requirements and build a tech roadmap.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of AI/ML based solutions for actionable insights.
  • Build and deploy real-time and scalable solutions for user diagnostics and actionable insight generation.
  • Improve organizational productivity by analyzing large datasets using statistical and AI/ML models.
  • Leverage forecasting models and optimization solvers to enhance capacity management and server efficiency.
  • Design innovative multi-agent self-learning systems to improve engineering productivity.
