• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in facilities engineering and a strong foundation in mechanical systems.
• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years of experience in facilities engineering and a strong foundation in mechanical systems.
• Experience with oil-free air systems, HVAC systems, chilled water plants, boilers, environmental abatement systems, or compliance exhaust systems.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing or mechanical engineering facility services support.
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and solving immediate issues with technical equipment.
• Experience with mechanical and control systems.

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Support daily tactical efforts to meet safety, reliability, and environmental targets.
• Design and analyze mechanical systems and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
• Develop engineering scopes of work for mechanical projects and conduct design reviews.
• Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
• Partner with internal business units and operations teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance service providers to ensure proper system operation.
• Develop and implement a mechanical systems roadmap and asset replacement strategy.
• Drive the successful commissioning of new mechanical systems and modifications to existing systems.
• Support strategic engineering projects and explore advanced automated solutions.
