As an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer at AWS, you will focus on proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating reliability risks for datacenter infrastructure and security equipment. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to enhance datacenter availability and security. Your role will involve conducting root cause analyses of equipment failures and driving continuous improvements. This position requires a strong ownership mindset and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering.
• 4+ years of Reliability Engineering work experience in a high reliability industry.
• 2+ years of experience with accelerated life testing, stress analysis, and finite element analysis.
• 7+ years of work experience in reliability risk identification and assessment from component to system level.
• Experience with proactive and effective reliability approaches throughout product design, manufacture, and deployment stages.
• Proven experience in working with external design and manufacturing supply chain partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
