• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#
• Experience in designing and developing large-scale services

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information clearly
