Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers to design, build, deploy, and operate critical software systems for global data center networking infrastructure.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture of technical excellence and inspire engineers across wide initiatives.
- Guide teammates to design and implement features to further intent-based network management goals.
- Build cross-functional relationships across the organization to deliver advanced automated flows for network lifecycle operations.
