  • Demonstrated expertise in modern medicinal chemistry, including the design and multi-step synthesis of complex small molecules.
  • Strong understanding of Structure-Activity Relationships (SAR), pharmacology, and ADME/PK principles.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the design and optimization of novel small molecules by applying advanced synthetic strategies.
  • Serve as a key medicinal chemistry figure on multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Manage and coordinate synthetic chemistry efforts with external Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and internal partners.
  • Leverage cutting-edge drug discovery technologies to accelerate hit identification and lead optimization.

Time-off and flexibility typically include generous PTO, U.S. mid-year and year-end paid shutdown weeks, parental leave, and flexible/remote work options. Employees also benefit from strong development programs (onboarding, course libraries, mentorship, nine ERGs, and tiered leadership programs) that support both professional growth and community involvement.
