Job description

The Senior Analyst, Global People Analytics and Workforce Planning role focuses on enhancing Bain's Global People Analytics and Workforce Planning teams by providing analytics, reporting, and insights for talent acquisition and workforce planning processes. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to translate their needs into effective reporting solutions. This role is critical in supporting Bain's strategic priorities related to talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives. The analyst will also engage in data analysis to drive decision-making and improve reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, workforce analytics, business intelligence, HR analytics, or similar roles is required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with people data and/or HR systems is required.
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking capabilities are required.
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or PowerBI is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint are required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills are required.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of the Talent Acquisition Visier product.
  • Drive alignment on recruiting processes and reporting methodology across regions.
  • Collect reporting requirements from stakeholders and partner with the product team.
  • Support workforce planning data analytics and insight generation.
  • Develop summary reports combining multiple metrics targeted to specific actions.
  • Translate business questions into detailed reporting specifications and dashboard designs.
  • Own key aspects of the work to design and implement a new reporting tool.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning analytics.
