• A bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience in consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise change.
• Significant experience serving telecom clients.
• Strong consulting and leadership skills, including client relationship management and proposal development.
• Experience in B/OSS transformation, telecom systems modernization, and network transformation.

• Lead telecom consulting engagements from strategy through execution, ensuring delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Advise clients on transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and business cases.
• Guide clients through complex initiatives involving B/OSS transformation and digital operations.
• Manage program economics, governance, risks, and team performance across multiple workstreams.
• Drive business development through proposal leadership and relationship building with priority telecom accounts.
