• Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Consult on functional best practices on Oracle Cloud HCM policies.
• Act as an Oracle Cloud HCM Subject Matter Expert to interpret business requirements.
• Publish weekly status reports to the project management team.
