As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer at IBM, you will collaborate with clients to understand their workflows and business objectives, translating these into AI-powered solutions. This role emphasizes the design and implementation of end-to-end systems that integrate AI models with customer data sources and infrastructure. You will work closely with internal teams to refine AI capabilities based on real-world experiences. The position requires a strong focus on problem-solving and communication to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI-related roles.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Generative AI, including building and integrating models.
• Strong coding skills, ideally in Python, and experience with production-grade systems on cloud platforms.

• Design and implement AI models to solve complex business problems.
• Deliver demos, proofs of concept, and production-ready implementations.
• Assess the effectiveness of algorithms and optimize model performance.
• Support sales and delivery of services across cloud, data, and AI domains.
• Clearly articulate the results of AI initiatives and provide actionable insights.
