• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Management consulting experience is required.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights are necessary.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis is essential.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges is required.
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills, along with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally, are needed.
