Requirements

  • 6+ years of related work experience as an SAP Controls manager, including experience with controls design, automation, build, test, and deploy across various SAP business processes.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrated solid understanding of the SAP Controls framework across all SAP business processes.
  • Advanced project management and client service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage knowledge of IT environments and industry trends to develop innovative solutions for risk management and governance programs.
  • Lead EY teams responsible for transforming risk functions and implementing leading practice technology solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in the assessment, design, and implementation of controls and IT risk solutions for complex projects.
  • Foster relationships and work collaboratively with business and process owners, ensuring effective stakeholder management.
  • Ensure timely completion of project implementations along with quality deliverables by leading both onshore and offshore teams.
