The role focuses on supporting the Corporate Relationship Management team at Goldman Sachs Ayco by enhancing client engagement and optimizing service delivery. The team is dedicated to improving the financial health of employees through tailored financial planning programs. The position involves collaborating with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to develop materials and strategies that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of client relationships and program implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the marketing, sales, and/or financial industry is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong project management skills and independent decision-making abilities are necessary.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Corporate Relationship Managers to support clients and their programs.
- Analyze existing corporate accounts to identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with RMs to develop materials for client meetings.
- Build strong relationships with external counterparts and attend client meetings as needed.
- Assist RMs in project management efforts for large corporate implementations.
- Update regional opportunity/activity reports and prepare utilization and outcomes reports.
- Facilitate responses to Request for Proposals as needed.
- Attend onsite engagement sessions at corporate accounts.
- Develop financial education content as applicable.
