The Vice President of Core Engineering at Goldman Sachs is responsible for overseeing complex project planning and execution within the Core Engineering team. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in technology and financial sectors within global, matrixed organizations.
- Experience with team and project management, communication, and organizational development within an engineering context.
- Experience with financial and operational tools, including FP&A, ERP, CRM, and data visualization tools.
- Experience leading strategic planning and alignment efforts, including QBRs and annual planning.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex projects within Core Engineering.
- Maintain financial and human capital management reporting aspects of Core Engineering.
- Collaborate with Engineering leadership to ensure seamless coordination and execution of priorities.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
- Organize and support Core Engineering leadership meetings and key events.
