The Vice President of Core Engineering at Goldman Sachs is responsible for overseeing complex project planning and execution within the Core Engineering team. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in technology and financial sectors within global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience with team and project management, communication, and organizational development within an engineering context.
• Experience with financial and operational tools, including FP&A, ERP, CRM, and data visualization tools.
• Experience leading strategic planning and alignment efforts, including QBRs and annual planning.

• Facilitate the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex projects within Core Engineering.
• Maintain financial and human capital management reporting aspects of Core Engineering.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to ensure seamless coordination and execution of priorities.
• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
• Organize and support Core Engineering leadership meetings and key events.
