Job description

The Compliance Engineering team at Goldman Sachs is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the health and performance of their systems. Requirements

  • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and managed services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage production services by monitoring availability and system health.
  • Shape software before go-live through system design consulting and capacity planning.
  • Scale and evolve systems to improve capacity and reliability.
  • Practice sustainable incident management in a blameless postmortem culture.
  • Define and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
