Requirements

Responsibilities
- Proactively manage production services by monitoring availability and system health.
- Shape software before go-live through system design consulting and capacity planning.
- Scale and evolve systems to improve capacity and reliability.
- Practice sustainable incident management in a blameless postmortem culture.
- Define and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
