This role is part of a global technology team focused on building technical solutions for complex business problems in the OTC derivatives domain. • 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering field involving software programming or systems engineering
• Hands-on professional software development experience
• Proficiency in programming in Java, JavaScript or Angular
• Experience of building RESTful APIs using popular frameworks like Spring
• Proficiency with data structures, algorithms and SQL
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning for applications development
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation
• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to analyze complex problems and provide evaluations of business processes and systems
• Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis of business usage
• Consult with users and other technology groups on issues and recommend advanced programming solutions
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
• Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
