• 6-10 years of experience in a related position performing quantitative analytics supporting financial services
• Experience as an Operations Research Analyst, Analytics Manager, or Strategic Business Analyst
• Experience analyzing large datasets and applying mathematical, statistical, and quantitative analysis techniques
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

• Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance.
• Identify data patterns and trends, providing insights to enhance business decision-making capabilities.
• Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities.
• Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies.
