NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Deep Learning Performance Architect to join their deep learning architecture team. This role focuses on developing high-performance, energy-efficient system and processor architectures that advance deep learning technologies. The architect will collaborate across various teams to influence the direction of machine learning and prototype key algorithms. Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of relevant work or research experience.
- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
- Background in high-performance power-efficient designs and performance analysis.
- Fluency in programming languages such as Python, C, and C++.
- Experience with GPU computing and parallel programming models.
- Experience with analytical performance modeling, profiling, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Craft high-performance, energy-efficient system and processor architectures for deep learning.
- Prototype key deep learning and data analytics algorithms and applications.
- Analyze trade-offs in performance, cost, and power by developing analytical models and simulators.
- Analyze architecture performance and energy efficiency considering deep learning workloads.
- Collaborate across the company to guide the direction of machine learning.
