The Principal Full Stack Engineer will lead a Scrum team within Fidelity's Digital Platforms Technology, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through web applications. This role involves collaborating with team members to architect, build, test, and design features that enhance Fidelity’s digital offerings. The engineer will also provide leadership and mentoring to other developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • 6+ years of experience in digital experience engineering
• BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical designs to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in collaborating within a team to develop and support key applications
• Understanding of Agile software development methodology
• Knowledge of modern application architecture patterns and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with object-oriented design, coding standards, and secure application development
• Proficiency in server-side languages and frameworks such as Java SE, Apache Tomcat, and Spring Boot
• Experience with client-side technologies including Angular 8+, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTML/CSS
