Job description
The Mask Operations Module Engineer role is focused on overseeing the performance of production mask repair modules in a factory setting. This position is ideal for a motivated engineer who thrives in a team-oriented environment and values work-life balance, as it operates on a Compressed Work Week Shift 6 schedule. The engineer will be responsible for guiding manufacturing technicians and ensuring timely repairs to minimize delays in customer mask delivery. This role also involves developing repair strategies and managing training for module technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related STEM degree.
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Ability to handle pressure in a 7X24 manufacturing environment.
- Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to manufacturing technicians on equipment and manufacturing techniques.
- Be the expert on various mask repair module tools and execute complicated repairs.
- Provide timely repair assessments and recommend the creation of backup lots.
- Develop and execute repair strategies in a timely manner.
- Own shift repair module training and certifications for manufacturing technicians.
